By accessing or using DinkSpy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
DinkSpy is owned and operated by Kyle Henson ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
DinkSpy is a private, account-based platform that allows users to submit, view, and analyze pickleball scouting reports and related insights.
The Service includes both free access features and paid subscription features ("Pro").
You must be at least 18 years old and use the Service in compliance with applicable laws.
You agree to provide accurate account information, maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, and be responsible for all activity under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.
By submitting content (including scouting reports, ratings, or comments), you agree that all content becomes the exclusive property of DinkSpy. You grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute such content. Content may be displayed anonymously to other users.
You agree not to submit content that is false, defamatory, or misleading; that harasses or targets individuals; or that includes sensitive personal information.
We reserve the right to remove any content at any time.
You acknowledge that all scouting reports are opinions only. Content is not verified for accuracy. Information may be incomplete, outdated, or biased.
You use the Service at your own risk.
You agree not to use the Service for harassment or abuse; submit malicious or knowingly false reports; attempt to copy, scrape, or extract platform data; or reverse engineer or interfere with the Service.
Some features require a paid subscription ("Pro"), billed monthly or annually.
Payments are processed through our website (dinkspy.com), not through the App Store.
All payments are subject to our Payment & Subscription Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
No refunds are guaranteed upon termination.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding accuracy of content, availability of the Service, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DinkSpy and Kyle Henson shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, reliance on any content, or interactions with other users.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and applicable state law.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
