Subscriptions are billed in advance. Payments are processed via our website through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.
You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time.
All payments are non-refundable, unless required by applicable law.
If payment fails, access may be suspended or downgraded to the free tier. We may retry billing using the payment method on file.
We may update pricing at any time. Changes apply to future billing cycles only. Founding member pricing, where applicable, remains locked as stated at the time of enrollment.
We may terminate subscriptions at our discretion, including for violations of our Terms. No refunds are guaranteed upon termination.
